Aljane - Philippines


Outgoing and friendly, Aljane enjoys singing and playing with her friends. In school, her favorite subject is English, and she wants to be a teacher. She once had to worry about food and shelter, but throught the sponsorship program shes is having her daily needs met..

Arnel - Phillippines


Arnel is an active, energetic boy who loves music. In fact, he wants to be a musician someday. A World Help sponsor is making sure he is loved, he gets an education, and he never goes hungry.

Ashish - Nepal


Ashish is a disciplined and obedient boy who loves music. His father works very hard as a farmer and a weekend evangelist. World Help is making sure Ashish never lacks food, that his daily needs are met, and that he is getting an education.

Esther - Uganda


A naturally shy girl with a beautiful voice and sweet spirit, Esther comes out of her shell when she’s singing for her friends, family, or church members. Sponsorship is now giving Esther a chance to succeed.

Evah - Uganda


Being abandoned as a baby, it was difficult for Evah to have hope for the future until World Help reached out to her. Smart and hard-working, Evah is an excellent student who loves reading.

Jackie - Phillipines


When Jackie has free time, she almost always spends it dancing or expressing her creativity through writing. When she is older, she hopes to be a teacher. Jackie is receiving the care she needs through sponsorship.

Jamira - Uganda


Jamira is an orphan who lost both her parents. Like many girls her age, Jamira enjoys singing and playing with dolls. She is very thankful for her sponsor and the opportunity to attend school every day where she works hard to make the most of the experience.

Neybel - Philippines


Neybel works hard in school with the hope that a good education will allow her to one day become a nurse. The Child Sponsorship Program is ensuring that the cycle of poverty will not continue with Neybel.

Marvin - Uganda


Marvin’s mother and his three siblings tragically lost their home in rural Uganda after his father passed away. Destiny Children’s Home is providing the daily care he needs. Marvin hopes to become a doctor someday.

Pashi - Nepal


Pashi works hard in her classes, receiving good grades. Her favorite subject to study is English. Active and full of life, it is not uncommon to find Pashi singing songs with her friends. World Help's Child Sponsorship Program has helped bring joy into Pashi’s life.

A good student, Thomas values his education, and he’s passionate about his Nepali language class. Grace Children’s Home is teaching him about God’s love and provision firsthand.

Venus likes to draw and sing, and her favorite color is pink. She once lived in deep poverty, but now her future is brighter as a result of sponsorship.

Zahara is known for her kindness and friendliness. She’s an excellent student and dreams of becoming a lawyer. She once lived in poverty, but now her needs are being met every day at Destiny Children's Home.

Zam once had no one to care for her or provide her with the means necessary for a bright and successful future. Destiny Children's Home is meeting the daily needs and providing Zam with an education.

Charie Rose - Philippines

Charlie Rose’s parents are glad that assistance from a caring sponsor will make it possible for her to experience a better life. Kind and well-behaved, Charie Rose is a joy to be around and loved by all.

Chielo - Philippines

Chielo’s adoptive aunt and uncle struggled to provide basic necessities before a sponsor began meeting her needs. Now her elders often comment on her optimism and confidence.

Christian - Philippines

Gideon was a child displaced by war. Both his parents live in Internally Displaced People (IDP) camps with nothing to call their own. Through sponsorship, he now lives at Destiny, where he is outgoing and healthy.

Jade - Philippines

Jade struggled to have his daily needs met before an American sponsor began caring for him. His favorite worship song is “I Cast All My Cares,” which helps him to remember that God is in control.

Jeanie - Uganda


With no dependable family income, Jeanie was living in constant poverty until she was supported through World Help. Now she is naturally sociable and jolly. She dreams of becoming a church leader.

Jhunrey - Phillipines


Jhunrey lived in abject poverty with his mother and younger brother until World Help's sponsorship program brought him hope and provision. Jhunrey’s teachers often comment on his focus in class and obedience.

Keith - Uganda

Keith had never experienced a day free from poverty before he came to Destiny Children’s Home. Friendly and sociable, he loves to play soccer with his friends and attends church faithfully.

Lakpi - Nepal

Lakpi’s father abandoned the family when she was young and has since passed away. Lakpi’s mother was left alone to support three children on a small salary that barely fed them until sponsorship program started providing for her. Lakpi is a good student, one day, hopes to be a teacher.

Mariam - Uganda


When Mariam was a young child, her father passed away slowly from illness. Now World Help is giving Mariam a chance to dream. Someday she wants to work in the medical field.

Rachana - Nepal


Rachana’s father worked hard as a poultry farmer to provide for her, but his efforts often failed to make ends meet. Through sponsorship, Rachana is being well cared for at Grace Children’s Home.

Regin - Philippines

Regin’s friends and family call her Gin-Gin. After school, she helps her parents at home by looking after her younger siblings. Because fo a caring sponsor, Gin-Gin will not have to worry about basic necessities.

Sharon’s father passed away when she was just two years old. Sharon once lacked nutritious food and clean water, but now she is at Destiny Children’s Home, where she is loved, cared for, and nourished.

Winnie knows no strangers and loves to make friends wherever she goes. Though she lived her entire childhood in poverty, she now feels secure and loves going to school.
