Noel Brewer Yeatts is the vice president of World Help, a nonprofit, nondenominational Christian organization that was founded to meet the spiritual and physical needs of hurting people around the world.
Noel has a heart and passion for missions. As the daughter of an evangelist and short-term missionary, she started traveling abroad at the age of 11. At this young age she was exposed to the needs of the world and her life was forever changed.
Wherever Noel traveled, she was impacted most by the needs of the children. A young orphan boy on the streets of Rio de Janeiro taught Noel that God can use each of us to make a difference and that lives can be changed . . . one child at a time.
Noel is the founder of World Help’s Child Sponsorship Program that currently provides over 35,000 sponsorships to children in need around the world. She has traveled extensively and has ministered in twelve countries including Uganda, Zambia, Rwanda, South Africa, Korea, the Philippines, Russia, Romania, Hungary, Brazil, China, and India.
After serving 16 years as director of child sponsorship, director of humanitarian aid, and director of communications of World Help, Noel currently serves as board member and vice president. She is the co-author of Children of Hope: Be touched. Be inspired. Be changed., Water Equals Life and a frequent conference speaker. She lives in Lynchburg, Virginia, with her husband and their two sons.
